After the announcement of the selected papers, authors must send the final version.

Papers should be sent to conferencia.avanca@gmail.com, along with the entry form and proof of payment.

Please send all the documentation in a single email.
The email subject should have the following information: Reference number - Registration.
Papers publication

The selected papers will be published in a minutes book, with ISBN, in the Cine Clube de Avanca Edition's, "Colecção Comunicação em Debate".

The copyright of images and tables are the sole responsibility of the authors.
In the book all the images and tables will be printed in black and white.
Images and tables in color will be available on the website of the conference.
Papers instructions
In the final version, the paper must include the following requisites:
  • - Between 4000 and 8000 words;
  • - Must be written in one of the four official languages of the conference: (Portuguese, English, Spanish and French);
  • - An abstract in English, with a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 250 words;
  • - The papers must be sent by email to conferencia.avanca@gmail.com, in one of the following formats:
    txt; rtf; doc; odt. Pictures and graphics in 300 dpi. The pictures should be sent into the Word document as well as in a separate file with the corresponding caption of the Word document.
  • - Title in the chosen language;
  • - Five key-words in english;
  • - Author(s) identification;
  • - Identification of the institution and its nationality.

Instructions for the presentation
The presentation will take a maximum of 20 minutes and can be done in one of the four official languages.

Taking into account the international character of the Conference and the presence of the same four languages, the Organizing Committee recommends that the multimedia presentations (Ppt, vídeo, etc.) are in English.

Each room will be equipped with computer MS windows, speakers and projector.
